Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

• The item(s) must have been purchased directly from our website, Petibles.com.

• Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

• The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. Opened or used items may be eligible for partial refunds, at Petibles’ discretion.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Products purchased from third-party retailers or other websites.

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

• Gift cards or promotional items.

 

How to Request a Refund

• Please include your order number, the product(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your request.

2. Return Authorization:

• Once your request is approved, our team will provide a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

3. Ship the Item:

• Package the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.

• Ship the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Petibles error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

 

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Petibles error.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product(s). We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
