90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your Petibles purchase, we will issue a full refund within 90 days of your purchase date—no questions asked.
Returns & Donations
We do not require customers to ship the product back unless there is a defect. Instead, we ask that you consider donating the product to a local animal shelter or pet rescue organization to help pets in need.
Defective or Damaged Products If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at support@petibles.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a pre-paid return label so you can send the product back, and we will issue a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@petibles.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.
- If the product is defective, include clear photos of the issue.
- If the product is not defective but you are unsatisfied, we kindly ask that you donate it to a local shelter.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exclusions
- Refund requests beyond 90 days from the purchase date will not be eligible.
- We cannot process refunds for products purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly).
